Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Enrico Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new frames. If you are not perfectly happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your eyewear within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Frames

  Place the eyewear, protective case, and cleaning cloth back into the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned frames, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
